One of our indoor plants in the "wild"

We recently posted about the indoor plants we care for.  One of them is the Snake Plant, or Mother-In-Law's Tongue.

On a recent trip to Uganda, our dedicated volunteer, Ms. Lucy, spotted some Snake Plant growing outside.  It's very cool to understand more about its natural habitat.

Terrence says, "I didn't know people had guards at their houses in Kampala.  I'm fascinated by how hilly it is there.  The snake plant's leaves look pointy."
